Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager I to support its Personal Auto business by ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Track new bills, regulations, and Department of Insurance activity across assigned states
• Assess changes and identify business impacts, risks, and required actions
• Communicate updates and coordinate next steps with impacted teams and leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Insurance, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of Personal Auto insurance experience
• Experience with Personal Auto policy language and related insurance documents
• Experience monitoring regulatory changes and providing compliance recommendations
• Familiarity with research platforms such as West Law, Wolters Kluwer, or LexisNexis is preferable
