Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to execute key parts of its compliance program and ensure regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic compliance risk assessments and formal testing of controls to identify vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Design and oversee a program for managing consumer complaints, ensuring categorization, investigation, and remediation in line with regulatory expectations
• Manage the compliance lifecycle for third-party vendors, including due diligence, compliance control assessment, and ongoing monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the Fintech or Financial Services industry
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as UDAAP, Reg E, and Reg P
• Proven ability to tackle complex challenges independently with an analytical mindset
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
• Forward-thinking mindset with enthusiasm for transforming compliance workflows using emerging technologies
