Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-Compliance to oversee compliance risks related to Small Business Card products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second line effective challenge of business proposals focusing on regulatory and compliance risk
• Support the implementation of policy and regulatory requirements across various compliance areas
• Analyze new/enhanced products and services to assess compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Proven ability to build rapport and exercise authority in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
