Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second line of defense compliance oversight for Small Business Card products
• Analyze compliance risks related to new and modified products and services
• Participate in Compliance Risk Assessment processes and liaise with relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of U.S. credit card products and commercial lending
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience in credit card industry, compliance, legal, or risk is a plus
