Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Compliance Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for enhancing the US compliance program across BNPL, lending, and payments by collaborating with various teams to ensure regulatory alignment while supporting innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance for BNPL, consumer lending, payments, marketing, and customer experience initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate regulatory requirements and support compliant product launches
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist with compliance reporting, audits, and internal reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, consumer financial services, banking, payments, lending, or BNPL environments
• Strong knowledge of US consumer financial services regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience with SEC compliance and public company governance
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or relevant compliance certifications preferred
• Familiarity with AI-enabled compliance tools and emerging regulatory considerations
