Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Compliance, Privacy, and Third-Party Risk programs, the full-time remote Compliance Manager will manage compliance operations, oversee audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's compliance posture and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Compliance team while managing compliance operations and third-party risk management
• Serve as the internal lead for compliance efforts, including audit coordination, control mapping, and continuous improvement of the control environment
• Oversee the organization's data privacy program, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws and managing third-party risk assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in security compliance, privacy, risk, or GRC, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Deep experience in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST standards, including leading annual audits
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and emerging U.S. state data privacy laws
• Experience in third-party risk management and responding to security questionnaires and customer audits
