Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for an acquired expense management platform, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations while managing risk assessments and marketing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement with marketing stakeholders on compliance requirements for projects and strategies
• Review marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program by assessing risks and providing oversight on key risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and adapt to change
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
