Job Summary
As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for an acquired expense management platform, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations while managing risk assessments and providing effective challenge to marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead compliance engagement with marketing stakeholders on regulatory requirements for projects and strategies
- Review marketing materials for compliance with federal and state regulations, including UDAP and Regulation Z
- Support the Compliance program through risk assessments, regulatory change management, and oversight of key risk indicators
Required qualifications
- Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
- In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
- Strong relationship and leadership skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
