Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for the acquired expense management platform, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement with marketing stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Review marketing strategies and materials for adherence to regulatory standards, including UDAP and Regulation Z
• Support the Compliance program through risk assessments and oversight of Key Risk Indicators and Regulatory Business Self Testing

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
