Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for an acquired expense management platform, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations while engaging with marketing stakeholders on compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance engagement with marketing stakeholders on regulatory requirements for projects and strategies
• Review marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support an effective Compliance program, including risk assessments and oversight of key risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
