Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will support U.S. Consumer Credit Card initiatives, focusing on Co-Brand card portfolios, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations through effective collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight on regulatory requirements for new product launches and marketing strategies
• Research and guide business partners on consumer protection laws and compliance risks
• Support the integration of effective controls and monitoring into new and existing processes

Required qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. Consumer open-end credit laws and banking regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels
• Experience in credit card industry compliance, legal, or risk management
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
