Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will support the U.S. Consumer Cards team, focusing on Co-Brand card portfolios and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while driving innovation in product development and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight to business stakeholders on regulatory requirements for new product launches and marketing strategies
• Research and advise on laws and regulations impacting business initiatives, ensuring effective compliance frameworks are in place
• Support issue management processes and collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory obligations while achieving business goals

Required qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. Consumer open-end credit laws and regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to communicate compliance risks effectively to staff and management
• Prior experience in the credit card industry, compliance, legal, or risk management is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
