Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing compliance oversight for U.S. Consumer Co-Brand card portfolios, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage regulatory requirements, review marketing strategies, and support new initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight and advisory support to business stakeholders on regulatory requirements for new product launches
• Review and challenge marketing campaign strategies and serve as a subject matter expert on consumer protection laws
• Research regulations and policies to guide business partners on compliance requirements and support issue management processes

Required qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. Consumer open-end credit laws and banking regulations governing credit card activities
• Ability to research and assess regulatory impacts on business initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Prior experience in credit card industry compliance, legal, or risk management is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
