Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support and strengthen the compliance program, the full-time Compliance Manager will develop and implement policies, manage compliance issues and investigations, and lead remediation efforts, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and best practices across teams and acquired practices
• Oversee compliance issue intake, triage concerns, conduct audits, and evaluate outcomes for appropriate resolution
• Create and execute corrective action plans for compliance findings identified through audits or investigations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Proven experience managing an organization's compliance program
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and industry best practices
• Professional compliance certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus
• Advanced education or specialized experience in compliance-related areas preferred
