Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide independent compliance oversight and effective challenge regarding payment products and services, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements for B2B payment offerings
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program by overseeing compliance risk assessments and regulatory change management

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and payment management platforms
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and exams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
