Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with applicable regulations, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide oversight of payment products and services, evaluate marketing materials, and support compliance programs while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders regarding compliance and regulatory requirements for B2B payment offerings
• Review marketing and advertising materials for adherence to laws, including consumer protection and financial regulations
• Support compliance programs, including risk assessments and regulatory change management, while identifying and addressing compliance issues

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to banking, consumer protection, and payment management platforms
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
