Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing independent compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee U.S. Corporate Card Programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and enhancing compliance frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders regarding compliance and regulatory requirements for card programs
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program by conducting risk assessments and overseeing Key Risk Indicators and regulatory testing

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and exams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
