Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee U.S. Corporate Card Programs, providing independent compliance oversight and effective challenge while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders regarding compliance and regulatory requirements for card programs
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys for adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Support Compliance program initiatives, including risk assessments and oversight of key risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
