Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic compliance governance and privacy expertise, the full-time Manager, Reliance Model Program Governance & Privacy Champion will drive the implementation of regulatory requirements and manage compliance risks across Corporate Functions business units.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements applicable to the business
• Provide business-specific compliance expertise and identify compliance risks in business unit processes
• Leverage the enterprise privacy framework to advise stakeholders on privacy principles and risk assessments

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory advisory roles within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience advising on privacy laws and conducting privacy risk assessments
• Prior credit card or financial industry experience
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or compliance certifications preferred
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
