Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of compliance professionals, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide leadership and oversight to ensure effective execution of the Compliance program while serving as a subject matter expert across multiple domains in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provides compliance advisory services and guidance for regulatory and product changes across various initiatives
• Maintains proficiency in banking laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to communication and documentation standards
• Recruits, manages, and develops compliance staff, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or compliance
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
• CRCM or relevant certification required within 12 months of hire
• Experience in implementing operational or compliance controls in a regulated industry preferred
