Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the compliance monitoring framework, the full-time Manager of Compliance will lead monitoring routines, assess regulatory adherence, and collaborate with various teams to identify and mitigate risks while working onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the compliance monitoring framework and coverage strategy
• Lead the implementation of monitoring routines across business lines to evaluate adherence to regulatory obligations
• Analyze monitoring results and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare insights for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, risk, or audit experience in financial services
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Professional experience in handling policy governance objectives
• Advanced analytics skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
