Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support ongoing compliance monitoring activities, the full-time Manager of Compliance will execute and enhance the compliance monitoring framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the compliance monitoring framework and coverage strategy
• Lead the implementation of monitoring routines across business lines to evaluate adherence to regulatory obligations
• Analyze monitoring results and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare reporting for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, risk, or audit experience in financial services with expertise in compliance monitoring
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities to manage a global monitoring program
• Advanced analytics skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
