Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support ongoing compliance monitoring activities, the full-time Manager of Compliance will execute and enhance compliance frameworks, lead monitoring routines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance the compliance monitoring framework to align with regulatory expectations and enterprise priorities
• Lead the implementation of monitoring routines across business lines to evaluate adherence to regulatory obligations and internal policies
• Analyze monitoring results and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare insights for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit within financial services, with expertise in compliance monitoring
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage a global monitoring program
• Experience in policy governance and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
