Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance compliance monitoring activities, the full-time Compliance Manager will support the execution of compliance frameworks, lead monitoring routines across business lines, and collaborate with various teams to identify and address regulatory adherence issues.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the compliance monitoring framework to align with regulatory expectations and enterprise priorities
• Lead the implementation of monitoring routines to evaluate adherence to regulatory obligations and internal policies
• Analyze monitoring results and trends to identify emerging risks and prepare insights for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance, risk, or audit experience in financial services, with expertise in compliance monitoring
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Proven leadership and organizational capabilities in managing a global monitoring program
• Experience in policy governance and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
