Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting U.S. exchange operations, the full-time remote Compliance Manager will manage the Compliance Program, oversee BSA/AML initiatives, and coordinate regulatory audits while driving process improvements across the compliance function.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Compliance Program, including BSA/AML, policy development, and ongoing monitoring
• Assist in managing regulatory remediation projects and coordinate audits with internal stakeholders
• Prepare materials for working groups and ensure compliance with consumer regulations like Reg E and UDAAP

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act framework
• Experience with regulatory audits and managing remediation projects
• Familiarity with consumer compliance regulations, including Reg E and UDAAP
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
