Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Compliance Manager will craft and execute compliance testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, and oversee the governance of the Compliance Management System to ensure regulatory adherence and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute quarterly compliance testing and quality control reviews to ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance reviews of new products and marketing campaigns
• Lead governance of the Compliance Management System, including regulatory change tracking and policy maintenance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services compliance
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring
• Familiarity with compliance automation tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, or SEON is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments with high ownership expectations
