Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage budget governance, develop financial strategies, and support strategic initiatives within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year planning activities across the GFCC portfolio, aligning strategic priorities with financial investments
• Own portfolio budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and expense governance
• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial insights to support strategic decision-making for senior leaders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
