Job Summary

Managing global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide effective governance of strategic initiatives, ensure stakeholder alignment, and track enhancement progress while collaborating with Compliance SMEs and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, ensuring key stakeholder engagement and timely risk mitigation
• Providing effective governance of strategic projects and initiatives
• Partnering with Compliance SMEs and business partners to track and analyze enhancement progress and adherence to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in transformation and project management roles with a strong understanding of governance and control frameworks
• Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of enhancement initiatives
• A working knowledge of Financial Crimes Compliance is beneficial
