Job Summary

Managing global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide effective project management, ensure stakeholder engagement, and oversee compliance initiatives while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, ensuring key stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Providing effective governance of strategic projects and initiatives
• Partnering with Compliance SMEs and business partners to track and analyze enhancement progress and adherence to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation and project management roles with a strong understanding of governance and control frameworks
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills for analyzing complex problems and communicating recommendations
• Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Financial Crimes Compliance is beneficial
