Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight initiatives, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage budget governance, strategic planning, and investment oversight for the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning activities to align strategic priorities with financial investments
• Oversee portfolio budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and expense governance
• Develop financial strategies and executive reporting in collaboration with Finance and GFCC leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, portfolio management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
