Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight initiatives, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage budget governance, investment oversight, and strategic alignment across the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio while working onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and financial investments
• Oversee portfolio budget management, including forecasting, variance analysis, and expense governance
• Develop financial strategies and investment plans in partnership with Finance and GFCC leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, or portfolio management
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
