Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely risk mitigation while providing governance and oversight within a dynamic compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, ensuring key stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Providing effective governance of strategic projects and initiatives
• Partnering with Compliance SMEs and business partners to track and analyze enhancement progress and adherence to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation and project management roles with a strong understanding of governance and control frameworks
• Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of enhancement initiatives
• A working knowledge of Financial Crimes Compliance is beneficial
