Job Summary

Leading financial planning and oversight activities, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage budget governance, develop financial strategies, and support strategic initiatives within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year planning activities to align strategic priorities with financial investments
• Oversee portfolio budget management, including forecasting, expense governance, and variance analysis
• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and executive-level financial reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
