Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of the compliance program, the full-time remote Compliance Manager will manage external audits, monitor platform clients, oversee bank partner reviews, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all external third-party audits, ensuring timely responses and tracking findings to closure
• Conduct ongoing auditing of platform clients to ensure compliance with approved use cases and escalate deviations as necessary
• Review marketing materials for compliance with regulations and manage the approval workflow with bank partners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, payments, or a regulated financial institution
• Working knowledge of BSA / AML, KYC / KYB, OFAC, and SAR requirements
• Direct experience managing or supporting external audits and examinations
• Experience working with sponsor banks or program partners in a compliance context
• Strong writing and documentation skills with a track record of maintaining policies and procedures
