Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end investigation and resolution of potential sanctions matters, the full-time Manager of Sanctions Investigations will serve as a subject matter expert, leading a team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working closely with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Sanctions Investigations team in triaging, investigating, and closing potential sanctions matches and referrals
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for escalated sanctions cases, ensuring thorough investigation quality and documentation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex investigations and manage case inventory and service-level expectations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sanctions, financial crimes, compliance, or related investigative fields
  • Experience managing investigative inventory and case quality, with strong leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and manage multiple work streams
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk-based decision-making and documentation standards
