Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing independent compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee U.S. Corporate Card Programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and enhancing the compliance framework while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements for card programs and features
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program by conducting risk assessments and overseeing key risk indicators and regulatory testing

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
