Compliance Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the U.S. Commercial Compliance team, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for U.S. Corporate Card Programs, providing independent oversight and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements related to card programs and features
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program by conducting risk assessments and overseeing key risk indicators and regulatory self-testing

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
