Job Summary

Providing independent compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee U.S. Corporate Card Programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Challenge compliance and regulatory requirements with business stakeholders regarding card programs and features
• Review marketing materials and customer journeys for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program, including risk assessments and oversight of key risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
