Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing independent compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will focus on U.S. Corporate Card Programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and enhancing compliance frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective challenge to business stakeholders on compliance and regulatory requirements related to card programs and features
• Review marketing materials and customer interactions for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the Compliance program through risk assessments, regulatory change management, and oversight of key risk indicators

Required qualifications

• Deep regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. banking and credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Strong relationship and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Experience preparing for regulatory inquiries and examinations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
