Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Small Business Card products, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide second line of defense compliance oversight, manage compliance risks related to product design, marketing, and customer communications, and participate in compliance assessments and regulatory inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Providing effective challenge of business proposals with a focus on regulatory and compliance risk
• Supporting the implementation of policy and regulatory requirements across various compliance areas
• Analyzing new and enhanced products to assess compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Prior credit card industry or compliance experience is a plus
