Job Summary

Providing second line of defense compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage compliance risks related to U.S. Small Business Card products, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while working onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Providing effective challenge of business proposals with a focus on regulatory and compliance risk
• Supporting the implementation of policy and regulatory requirements across various compliance areas
• Analyzing new and enhanced products to assess compliance risks and ensure regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• Experience in compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Prior credit card industry, compliance, legal, or risk experience is a plus
