Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing second line of defense compliance oversight, the full-time Compliance Manager will manage compliance risks related to U.S. Small Business Card products, including product design proposals, marketing materials, and customer communications, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Providing effective challenge of business proposals with a focus on regulatory and compliance risk
• Supporting the implementation of policy and regulatory requirements across various compliance areas
• Analyzing new and enhanced products to assess compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. credit card products and commercial lending
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Proven ability to build rapport and exercise authority in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
