Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the compliance efforts for Small Business Card products, the full-time Compliance Manager will provide second line of defense oversight, challenge product proposals, and assess compliance risks while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Providing effective challenge of business proposals focused on regulatory and compliance risk
• Analyzing new and enhanced products to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Participating in the Compliance Risk Assessment process to identify appropriate risks and evaluate the control environment

Required qualifications

• Experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
• Strong regulatory knowledge of financial regulations applicable to U.S. credit card products
• In-depth understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies
• Proven ability to build rapport and exercise authority in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
