Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time Compliance Manager will execute workforce planning processes, support standardized operational metrics, and partner with various teams to optimize resource utilization and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and enhance workforce planning processes, including forecasting and operational performance measurement
• Support the implementation of standardized operational metrics and management reporting across multiple processes
• Analyze operational performance data and provide actionable recommendations for resource utilization and workforce effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or operational strategy within large-scale operations or compliance environments
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles and performance reporting methodologies
• Proven experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards for operational decision-making
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and managing team performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
