Job Summary

Leading workforce planning initiatives, the full-time Compliance Manager will enhance operational performance through capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize workforce planning processes, including staffing assessments and operational performance measurement
• Develop standardized operational metrics and reporting frameworks across multiple processes and geographies
• Analyze operational performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improving resource utilization and workforce effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or operational strategy within large-scale operations or compliance environments
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles and performance reporting methodologies
• Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards that support operational decision-making
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and managing teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
