Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end investigation and decision-making processes for potential sanctions matters, the full-time Manager of Compliance will lead the Global Sanctions Investigations team, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while working closely with key partners in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team in triaging, investigating, and closing potential sanctions matches and referrals
- Act as the primary decision-maker for escalated sanctions cases, ensuring thorough investigation quality and documentation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex investigations and manage case inventory effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sanctions, financial crimes, compliance, or related investigative roles
- Proven ability to manage investigative inventory and service-level expectations
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing teams
- Experience in conducting or overseeing sanctions investigations and risk-based decision-making
