Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end investigation and decision-making processes for potential sanctions matters, the full-time Manager of Compliance will lead the Global Sanctions Investigations team, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while working closely with key partners in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in triaging, investigating, and closing potential sanctions matches and referrals
• Act as the primary decision-maker for escalated sanctions cases, ensuring thorough investigation quality and documentation
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex investigations and manage case inventory effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sanctions, financial crimes, compliance, or related investigative roles
• Proven ability to manage investigative inventory and service-level expectations
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred
• Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing teams
• Experience in conducting or overseeing sanctions investigations and risk-based decision-making
