Compliance Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of insurance products, the full-time Compliance Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of compliance issue management, synthesizing data for trend analysis, and collaborating with senior leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own compliance issue management, including logging, tracking, and reporting on issues across the organization
- Synthesize data to identify thematic trends and root causes, providing insights before issues escalate
- Develop and apply AI and automation tools to enhance compliance tracking and reporting processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of regulatory or compliance experience in US personal lines insurance
- Deep technical knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle and state regulatory environments
- Experience with issue tracking or GRC systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with AI and automation
