Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Leading the delivery and implementation of Compliance's internal tools and operational processes, the full-time remote Product Compliance Manager will collaborate with various teams to translate compliance requirements into effective technology solutions while driving initiatives that enhance Compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and delivery of Compliance tooling and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with Compliance requirements
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Compliance technology initiatives, including user acceptance testing and post-launch support
- Identify opportunities to improve Compliance processes through automation, AI, and workflow enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crimes, Risk, or Program Management within financial services or fintech
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC sanctions requirements
- Experience supporting the full technology delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering and UAT
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects involving Compliance, Product, and Engineering
- Strong project management skills, including roadmap planning and Jira management
