Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic support to the U.S. Consumer Proprietary Lending portfolios, the full-time Compliance Manager will oversee compliance oversight, review marketing strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while fostering collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight and effective challenges to business stakeholders on regulatory requirements for new product launches
• Review marketing campaign strategies and advertising materials to mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to consumer credit laws
• Support new initiatives through governance processes and maintain a robust control environment to monitor third-party risk

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. Consumer open-end credit laws and banking regulations
• Ability to research and assess regulatory impacts on business initiatives
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence decisions and develop relationships
• Prior experience in the credit card industry, compliance, legal, or risk management
• Bachelor's Degree, strongly preferred
