Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance obligations are met and exceeded, the full-time remote Compliance Manager will administer the compliance program, oversee Managed Care audits, and manage compliance relationships with customers while supporting the privacy program.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Corporate Compliance program, ensuring projects are on task and reporting progress to leadership
• Own Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigation processes, reporting findings to senior leaders and customers
• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; JD preferred
• At least six years of experience in corporate compliance or similar roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, fraud waste and abuse issues, and related legislation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies and procedures
